Our retail site is available through appointment only so that you can expect a private, discreet and relaxed atmosphere for you and your friends or family only. There is no one else there looking at product like in a normal retail outlet. The focus is on you and you can take a reasonable amount of time to make decisions. Connie is there to help you and being a certified fitter ensures you will get what you need not just what is on the shop floor. Connie will not sell you the wrong size or the wrong colour. If she doesn't have it in the shop she will order it for you (a 20% non-refundable deposit is required on special order items not in stock). What she does in shop is to make sure you have the right style, size and colour in bra, breast form or wig. However, given there sheer numbers of possible combinations it is possible that she may have to special order the right one just for you.

The benefit of coming into the store for the people around Guelph is that you are getting the ability to deal with a certified fitter who cares about her clients. You can look at the product, try it on and have the differences explained. You can see the actual wig colour ring options. You can be sure that everything fits just right.
