Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product Attachable breast forms, human hair wigs, hair extensions and/or panties are not refundable or exchangeable except for a manufacturer defect in the product. All sales final due to State/Provincial and Federal Health Department Regulations concerning matters of hygiene for personal use items.

Any exchange or store credit will be accepted only with prior approval. Requests to return or store credit must be made within 4 days of receiving your order. Late returns sent to us, or without an Exchange Authorization Number on the outside of the package we will return it at the customer’s expense via UPS Priority Mail.

No returns will be accepted without an Exchange Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of all packages.

If product returns are accepted for product defect, Connie’s Pink Ribbon Boutique will reship the same style, colour, and size of product at no cost, with prepaid freight. Any freight reimbursement will be based on the least expensive method of shipment. Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Exchanges or store credit will be made only after receiving your return.

A returned item must be included all original tags attached in same manner as purchased, original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. All garments must be in re-salable condition. Any item that is dirty, washed or altered in any way will not be credited or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Original shipping is not refundable. All returns initially must be pre-paid. A 15% restocking fee applies to each item returned that is not exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return postage charge if the package is returned unclaimed.

Claims of damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.

Any and all discontinued or sale products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the replacement is of greater value, you will be charged for the difference in the price of the merchandise. If choosing a less expensive item for exchange, there are no refunds for difference in price but you may include accessories of your choice to make up the difference or store credit.

In addition to the return policy above. Synthetic wigs: Understanding sometimes the colour you picked for your synthetic wig may not be what you thought. Synthetic wigs can be exchanged only under the following strict conditions. A returned item must be included all original tags attached in same manner as purchased, original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. You may exchange your unworn, un-brushed, unhandled, synthetic wig for another colour or another wig. Any wig washed or altered in any way or if there is any discrepancy, the wig will be returned and will not be exchanged. One exchange only allowed from original purchase.

Back order or out of stock items ship as soon as they become available (within approx. 7 to 10 business days). Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. We will notify you of back-ordered products and hold your order until all products are available. At this point, you would have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Returning and exchanging products

To return an item you must send us an email to receive an Exchange Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have an Exchange Authorization Number.

  • please state your name
  • why you are requesting a return
  • date of purchase
  • invoice number (you must have invoice number : we cannot process your exchange without the invoice
  • number from your receipt)
  • what you would like to exchange it for
  • include your telephone number and e-mail address
  • we will e-mail or telephone you with further instructions.

NOTE: After you have received an EAN, please place your EAN sheet in the return package AND write your EAN legibly on the return label and the outside of the box. Return the entire package to:
