Sales Taxes

For online orders all items on this site are priced in Canadian Funds with all applicable taxes in the price (there is the 13% HST applied to the shipping costs). When you receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal it will not have any taxes showing in the price of the item. However, because we have to declare taxes to the government on goods sold. When you receive your item from us there will be an included receipt that will include all applicable taxes, the receipt with reflect the same total you paid through PayPal.

For our retail store orders, applicable taxes will be charged but no shipping charges will apply. The taxes in pricing is only offered to our online customers because they do not receive in store consultation.

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your package will be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. You, as the importer of the items, must pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES AND DUTIES IMPOSED ON YOUR PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If for some reason, your package is released to you without paying the customs charges and we get billed by your government for these charges, we will charge your credit card for the amount due.

We will do our very best to ensure that your package will be delivered on time. For items that are in stock, we strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days so that delivery to our customers is within 7-10 business days. This may vary and is subject to stock availability. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
